    Should have left earlier when I had the chance.
    The good thingsLocation, some decent people, salary and company car perks which unfortunately are being scaled back
    The challengesNissan is in financial peril, volume is declining and Chinese brands and coming on hard. I think's it's time to jump ship.

    what a waste of time
    The good thingsNo Good Things, Worst toxic two faced Warranty Manager I have every worked for & she was rude, terse & not friendly.
    The challengesThe most amount of KPI ever, very minimal training 1 day & expected to remember everything, promises everything and gives nothing, told working from home 2 days - never happened after buying Screens, keyboards for nothing costing $$

    The good thingsColleagues were great and had a lot of collective experience, company car is a good perk if you get one, interesting industry.
    The challengesUnfortunately, there were many challenges; hopefully they find their way again.

    The challengesI have never seen a company where so many good employees have left because they did not get appreciated. Team leaders take credit for employees hard work. Lots of team leaders and not enough staff.

    I loved being part of this project and made some really good friends in the meantime who accepted me as I was.

    Work life balance hard to strike - also negotiate a good salary when you start - don't always rely on bonus
