An ethical and inclusive organisation that is skilled at bringing like-minded people together to support families and children to achieve their goals.
The good thingsWonderful atmosphere, you are a person not an employee, flexible working hours and wonderful work-life balance.
The challengesWrapping my head around the NDIS compliance requirements is probably the one task that continues to challenge me.

The recruitment process with Noah's Ark has far exceeded my expectation! I am grateful for this opportunity and look forward to continuing to support children with disabilities and their families.
The good thingsThe recruitment process with Noah's Ark has far exceeded my expectation! At the start of the recruitment process, my application was promptly acknowledged. The communication was clear, providing detailed information about the position. The induction program was well-structured, comprehensive, and designed to help me integrate seamlessly into our culture and workflow. I received a warm welcome from my colleagues within and beyond my team, who were eager to offer guidance during my initial weeks. This made me feel like part of the family from day one. Regular meetings with my team leader, my practice coach and my disciplinary specific mentor helped me identify areas for improvement and allowed me to grow both professionally and personally. I have enjoyed working within my team and dedicating my time and effort to support the families that I work with. The staff forum and the team building days/activities were also awesome!
The challengesIt took me a while to learn the model that we use in Noah's Ark and implement it with the families that I am working with. I definitely travel more in this role compared to my previous ones, but it is manageable.

Kindness and optimism always. My employer of choice for 14+ years because of our aligned values and shared focus to support children and families to achieve their potential.
The good thingsNoah’s Ark lives by their values, for clients and for staff. Being innovative, focused and collaborative are daily opportunities at Noah’s Ark.
The challengesWhile the world adapts, reacts and responds to the challenges around us, having an organization that always focuses on the best outcomes for children and families means that there is clarity and purpose and meaning in our work. Noah’s Ark keep a close eye on staff wellbeing in the midst of all this change knowing how much of an impact it can have.

Noah's Ark prides on it's values and it shows.
The good thingsMid-sized organisation with lots of opportunities for career development. Is diverse, inclusive and offers extensive support if needed. Always striving to improve processes that offer flexibility to its staff and exceptional service to the families in which we work. I have not been in an organisation before that is always seeking to better itself. The team cannot friendlier and great to work with. I love the culture and and commitment to well-being.
The challengesBecause we are busy I don't often get the chance to see the teams at our other offices, but we make the best of the situation being well established for a virtual working environment.

Awesome and looking forward to more challenging experiences.
The good thingsThe management respects my decisions and allow me to take the leading role at the preschool trusting me. This encourages me to move forward to encourage my staff to achieve to greater heights by implementing new ideas and tasks for them to achieve.
The challengesSome of the staff are not IT trained thus its a bit challenging for to start off with new ideas. However, working hand in hand with them and guiding them through has made them more confident in wanting to try out new tasks implemented.
