    Poor Management and Leaders don’t care the team members when got injured.

    EXTREMELY HOSTILE

    The challengesBeing in trouble for not knowing how to pack on table 8 after being there for 6 weeks , for weeks I've been saying , i don't know how to do that table yet . It is so fast and busy , they hadn't had the time to teach me , which I can totally understand . But being in trouble for it is totally unacceptable in any workplace

    its a very bloody hard job
    The good thingsIn the boning room, we have more about 4 teams to work together. B1 and B2 team are the main team to work out the order. So people here take team work serious, and the atmosphere of the working environment is very lively.
    The challengesThe boning room is very cold ,and some coworkers use bad behaviours and languages during the work.
