All in all it was a good experience turned bad, management positions are constantly outsourced rather than promoting within and they do not pay time and a half for overtime so I wouldn't recommend working for this company to anyone
The good thingsThey were helpful in certain area's of the business

to much mirco managing of experienced staff. No room for promotion or extra training.
The good thingsSocial outing were fun. The fellow workers.
The challengesThe postion I originally applied for stated a lot of logistical work such as arranging transportation of product, invoicing and receiving duties, picking orders and replenishment. But it was a basic pick and pack role. And they mirco managed the employers to much.
