    During my time with NAH I loved the people, the company and the Work life Balance. NAH is no longer as it was taken over by another animal health company.

    For the majority of my time with Novartis I enjoyed my role as a Territory Manager
    The good thingsgreat products, I worked with a great territory manager in my state and we had a really strong work relationship
    The challengesthere was a large turnover of mangers when I was there and I didn't like that every time the manager changed they wanted to implement to many changes just for the sake of changing not necessarily for the benefit of the TM's and the last one wasn't receptive to different states challenges.
