Upper and lower level management would not discuss individual issues with ground level staff and would systematically force out staff. Following a staff member leaving it was openly discussed what was not liked about the worker which further fuelled the culture of exclusion. Chinese whispers about staff and discussions around work performance were not discussed with that specific staff but with lower level staff.
