The good thingsTeam mates supporting each other trying to get through the day without the need for valium
The challengesThe new management hiring people with the right skills to actaully lead instead of hiring friends from past companies with toxic traites who aim to ruin lower staffs will to work.

The best place I've worked and I'd still be there if my personal circumstances hadn't changed.
The good thingsThe people, the offices are spectacular, the incentive program (the best I've ever received - and it's clear during the year how you are tracking to what you'll receive) and the benefit program is really impressive as well.
The challengesTheir technology (software) has a lot of projects and improvements happening so hopefully once they can finish that the software will improve things even more.

Look for somewhere elseThe culture is toxic. They refuse to listen to expert advice, and if you are not part of the click you will be managed out.

Overall, fantastic place to work. Everyone in the business is great to work with, and I am excited to continue to work with NTI until I have completed my studies.
The good thingsBy far the best place I've worked in the 13 years I've been working. People here are great, and management are extremely supportive. Many opportunities given for personal development, and given time whilst at work to work on extra projects that a beneficial for my resume. Very flexible Good office location with free coffee and after work drinks, as well as free lunches fairly often Could be more room in the hybrid model, but happy for a role that allows me to WFH.
The challengesInter-team collaboration can be challenging, with certain parts of the business causing others extra work and unneeded stress. Certain cases we take on are challenging and involve difficult conversations with stakeholders, including discussions of financial hardship, as well as severe injury or worse to animals and humans. Management and colleagues are very supportive, and counselling is available after particularly difficult cases.

Would not recommend them to anyone, managers are unprofessional as is HR. Limited opportunities for skilled people unless you are in the click. My team had 7 members leave before they addressed the issue with the leader, after 12 months of issues raised.
The good thingsInsurance discounts, convenient location
The challengesManagement, lack of professionalism, face fits policy for everything, limited opportunities if you are not in the click

Great place to make a career
The good thingsGreat environment and great career opportunities. If you show interest in something, there is heaps of support to grow your skills in that area.
The challengesThere's a lot to learn. You need to learn a few aspects of the company to be successful in any one role.

The people make NTI what it is, you won't want to leave
The good thingsNTI is a family of extremely talented people who work really hard for the benefit of our customers. Incredibly supportive environment, flexible work options and plenty of challenges and opportunities to grow.
The challengesNTI is always moving and looking for ways to do things better - it can be a challenge to keep but is also one of the main reasons I love working here

I think I'll be retiring here... in like 20 years!
The good thingsThe culture is amazing a testament to the people and management. Communication across the business is well executed. Benefits are above average too.
The challengesBalancing the workload, and keeping up with the project volume.

If you don't work there you'll want to and if you do work there you'll never want to leave.
The good thingsThe Executive team, the leadership and the people - it's truly a company who looks after their team members and will always do the right thing for their people and their customers
The challengesVery few challenges - far less in comparison to most other businesses.

Hard work but so worth it to help people in the transport industry.
The good thingsThe people and the fact we want to make a difference in the way that people view insurance and actually help them!
The challengesQuite a male dominated industry but if you work hard you will gain their respect.

Have worked in IT for 30 years. This is the best place I have ever worked. It gives me the challenges I need in a workplace and the flexibility I need in my personal life. Thank you NTI
The good thingsPeople are invested and take ownership of their work. Very flat structure. Senior management are very approachable. Support related to personal life and work life balance are exceptional. Work is varied and challenging. Very execution driven but quality outcomes are constantly achieved. Team members are supportive and like family. Change is constant and challenging - no time to get bored. Opportunity to lead work and take full ownership over the development lifestyle. NTI gets things done! Low staff turnover even among contractors. Very good place to work. Everyone has a voice.
The challengesNeed to be able to get things done and adapt methodology to suit. Not everyone is comfortable with this.
