    The good thingsEverything.....They are the best Company to work for compared to the what Im experiencing now since I left and moved to Melbourne.

    Great place to work for someone who does not like much change to his/her work duties. Job security is not a problem at this workplace as the employee turn over is so low.

    Horrible place to work.
    The good thingsOk pay, there are some good employees that work here.
    The challengesHorrible work environment, Poor health and safety. Constant backstabbing and fighting amongst the mangement who instead of listening, taking some responsability and trying to fix problems, just try and blame someone else, and then the problems don’t get solved and they just keep making the same mistakes over and over again. This place gets worse every year.

    The challengesSafety, health and environmental issues are big challenge. No succession plan for employees. No training program. Basically no formal or standardized processess. No accountability.
