    Disgracefully treated and made a scapegoat of their incompetence.
    The good thingsThe hours were great and able to get home at a reasonable time.
    The challengesManagement. Had absolutely no idea how to run a production facility. The facility was poorly designed to suit the purpose and OHS was nonexistent. Incidents would occur and nothing would be shared with the production staff on the floor. The way Dangerous Goods were handled and stored also a big concern. Glad and very happy to have left there.

    Started happy, left a broken man.
    The good thingsInitially the experience was great with the state manager who recruited me, when he left the organisation the new management team became only concerned with numbers.
    The challengesCorporate world issues where in a toxic workplace and stress leave required was met with little compassion and limited flexibility.

    Learnt a lot in this job, got.some experience in forklift driving , using a decant machine, wapping pallets, coordinating with other employees.
    The good thingsMulti cultural and very inclusive and good working environment.
    The challengesdecant machines not working properly and giving false reading on the scales resulting some drums under Andover filling

    The good thingsManagement assisted with meeting your goals. Great opportunity to get out and meet new & existing clients thus able to build on client rapport. Very solid financial company strong on OH&S.
    The challengesCompany had many facets to its business which at times gave you an advantage over your opposition it also meant overall business wasn't focused solely on insurance.
