Overall positive - would recommend The good thingsBrilliant CEO, for the most part the area I worked in had a functional, non-toxic team with people who were focused on doing good work with their clients.
The challengesRenumeration could have been better, internal training was only as good as the staff employed. Management were a bit lax with toxic staff and that proved to affect the team and the effectiveness and focus of higher management.
