    The challengesThe only challenge I encountered was answering phone calls from people of different nationalities and understanding their accents, but I was able to overcome it with the help and support of my manager.

They are incredibly attentive to both our clients and the staff, truly valuing us as individuals, and I feel like a vital part of the team like never before. They highly appreciate our efforts to pursue professional development and constantly encourage us to enhance our technical skills. The Managers or Partners play a crucial role in guiding us to meet probationary goals and always strive for excellence in our daily tasks. I’m thrilled with how the company has operated so far and how the business support and sales teams go above and beyond to support us engineers in our primary focus.
