    The good thingsget along with everyone.
    The challengesI starts from Labour in the binding and wok my way up.then I became an operator in the printing machine as an reelhand operator for 18 years.then they asked me to move to the warehouse as a storeman.an the company announced they will merge with PMP LIMITED.they offer voluntary redundancy to everyone who wanted to go.so I put my hand up.

    It was good to start there because now I have become a operator for Zac Pac, same industry and its given me more knowledge in the printing industry

    The challengesKeeping up with the operators Having everyone to work at the same pace Learning some of the machines Keeping N eye eye out on the bad pages in the magazine cause the machine runs really fast
