Great entry into group insurance, rewarding for highly driven individuals
The good thingsManagement is driven by an innovative leader who has made, and is continuing to make great changes. High performance is recognised.
The challengesMiddle management can be frustrating, the industry is changing and they appear to be the most reluctant to change. Still transitioning between operational systems is a (current) source of challenges.

I've left them, and have a job with a company which treats me as a valued member - not just a disposable piece of furniture
The good thingsThey're very strong on 'legal' so no problems with under-award pay, or not paying super etc.
The challengesIt's all about the shareholders. You really do feel like 'just a number'. They'll do just as much as is required by law, but nothing more. Morale is very low, even among management.
