My advice is don't work their deadened job terrible company to work for they only see you as a number. Low money for supervisors and staff minimum wage with 45hrs being minimum for supervisors with no incentives at all so no one stays any good worker quickly more on, try the Pub or discovery.
The good thingsSome of the Supervisors in the middle part of my time there were excellent many years of experience and willing to change bad habits that have been implemented from bad and very inexperienced previous supervisors and managers who should never of held those roles.
The challengesDealing with management and head office staff who have never ran resorts/ hotels before in their life and not listen to people who have done these roles with multiple companies and some for more than 10+ years

Enjoyed my experience working at the Beach Resort
The good thingsA great team who work well together . My staff accomodation was perfect being a small self contained studio with staff meals from the restaurant at a good price. Use of the gym and pool for staff a great perk.
The challengesNo challanges working for the company. However Onslow is a very small remote town, I liked that and found people very friendly. But you have to enjoy living and working remotely.

Great venue & in-house team when I worked there although salary and support not realistic for living full time in this location.
The good thingsA fantastic general manager onsite, good team working together. Accommodation very nice and makes living onsite worth it
The challengesHead office have little experience or idea of how the actual day to day running of the resort works, the daily efforts from the resort team or difficulties and challenges faced living full time in a remote town. Salary vs living expenses in remote WA do not balance
