Will not recommend to work on this organisation.
The good thingsThere great and hardworking people in the a Operations and other areas of the business.
The challengesSuch a shame oOh! is swamped with narcissistic and self centred Managers. P&C does not look after the people and tolerate bad behaviour and manipulative incompetent Managers.

Being new to the company with only 1month experience my TL calls during a major graffiti clean being 6panels front and back including wind breakers expecting it to be cleaned in no more than 2h , 1 man job in full PPE it took just under 4h returned back to new , her phone call was aggressive while threatening to escalate the matter further etc. The next day I handed in my resignation and the company vehicle
The good thingsTaking pride in my work
    The challengesAggressive team leader management

Would be carefully considering working at oOh Media. The business was poised to grow significantly however the plan has not turned into fruition and company announcement in December that 10%+ of the workforce will be let go in January 25.
The good things* Most individuals are down to earth, credible, likeable and make your working experience memorable * Hybrid work model *
The challenges*Old vs New Senior Leaders making it hard to make the changes required for the business to grow to where it needs to be. Very antiquated. * inability to grow in your role you have to leave to get a promotion or be made redundant * Lack of Inspirational and visionary leadership with Middle Management * Gender inequality with salaries, males paid more in my business units and had significantly less work load * Misconduct issues and lack of Senior HR support to individuals impacted in the 'too hard ' basket. Individuals not reprimanded and further enabled to continue with their employment. * No learning and development opportunities.

Great potential yet unqualified people making decisions and hiring similar people to see that potential unfulfilled
The good thingsGood people and challenging work
The challenges- Tech mgt was command and control. Also took credit for good outcomes and assigned blame for issues - Senior Leadership starting to get very political and untrustworthy (AM and now DL) - Lack of expertise and knowledge on Tech in Exec Leadership means there’s no understanding on what’s required to utilize Tech to drive the business

A great place to be used and then pushed aside once they squeezed everything they can get out of you.
The good thingsThey know how to throw a good party
The challengesVery clicky, if your not in with the right people then forget about being noticed for hard work. Upper management are completely out of whack with what's going on day to day and take too long to make critical decisions. Too much focus (and money) is poured into Sales department whilst operational team carry the load with very little budget.

Feel I've found a place I can stay for a long time
The good thingsGreat team (my team), great daily vibe and office culture. Everyone is generally for the most part, a pleasure to work with. I like my role, am given support and autonomy as I need it. Challenging enough but not crazy out of my depth. Generally good work life balance, a key reason I wanted to join.
The challengesStandard big org stuff - lots of department changes, some silos, hard to get things done.

Ten out of ten - couldn't be happier I joined oOh!
The good thingsoOh! Media is a fast paced and exciting company with a common theme – everyone cares – it’s a family, a friendship group, a team. I couldn’t be happier I’ve made the decision to join oOh! I would champion the oOh! onboarding experience above all others.
The challengesLike any company, automation with certain aspects of processes could be great.

    poor HR and weak management
The good thingsLots of young faces, good Chief Executive Officer
The challengesHR in particular are overly concerned with their worthless awards and tittle changes but do very little for employees even after vast amount of feedback with staff problems. They are the first to hire for their own team but lack supporting other teams in dire needs. Very poor bonus structure unless you are part of SMT or a commission based team.
