    The challengesOverall, my experience working in the office wasn’t great! The office ladies are very undermining unprofessional and unsupportive. You are only trained very minimal to be expected to exceed with minimal training. There is no support or feedback. There is especially no progression. I would highly advise this to be extremely toxic environment to work in. The managers are very undertrained in management skills and very much need professional training.

    The good thingsThe only good thing was Montly budget meeting with free lunch.
    The challengesI would strongly caution anyone considering employment with Opal Packaging Plus. My experience there was extremely negative. The management environment is highly stressful, with poor communication, lack of transparency, and clear favoritism in decision-making. Employees who raise valid concerns or request support are often ignored or treated unfairly. The workplace culture does not promote respect or wellbeing, it feels like productivity is valued over people. There is little genuine support for mental health or fairness in treatment. I hope the company takes serious steps to improve its management practices, because no employee should have to go through that kind of experience.

    The good thingsThier is so many education sessions to attend alot of knowledge to gain in different areas. People are very friendly and willing to help in any way they can
    The challengesBeing a RN is very challenging you have to think fast your feet to make sure the staff have what they need to do their job and the residents issues are solved

    The good thingsThe Staff are great to work with and the working environment happy as long as you work well with others and have patience and compassion for the the elderly and those suffering dementia.
    The challengesThe most challenging is getting enough work to support your needs yet sometimes there's not enough staff to do all there is to do. Hence the job is busy and challenging but I enjoy that environment.
