    The good thingsThe ability to collaborate and influence. OpenCorp are always open to feedback and ideas to further develop which has been the most exciting aspect of my experience to date. Approachable leadership team. The leadership team are very visible and make an effort to get to know all staff. Strong focus on employee development and training with no glass ceiling. The opportunity to further your carer is endless with opportunities to grow and further develop a career.
    The challengesThe additional support provided creates a different structure and can take a little bit to wrap your head around in the beginning.

    The good thingsGreat work life balance in the Real estate Industry which does not come around often!
    The challengesWorking from home can be a little lonely if you are not used to it - However the Managers at OpenCorp ensure that everyone is very much included in the day to day working environment so it really works very well.
