    A sit down and shut up environment without room for growth.
    The good thingsYou save a few bucks on optus services with employee discounts. New nice premises.
    The challengesA troubled, dysfunctional business that’s getting worse by the day. Would take pages to list all the wrong things.

    Your experience is dependant on your store that you work at.
    The good thingsYour experience and enjoyment is dependant if you've got a lively team and they're nice people to talk too.
    The challengesIf your manager isn't a good person your experience won't be good, majority of managers are good for nothing however there are definitely a few that genuinely desire for the their staff to do well and motivate your team and not bring them down.
