YUCK. Steer clear. Love, support and growth? Nope! KPI's coaching and redundancy? Yes.
The good thingsGood team mates, occasional work events, nice office.
The challengesThis place is about as toxic as it gets. At first it's all "Love support and growth" with very basic minimal entry training new employees. Training is NOT adequate for the stringent framework and regulations of the industry. Then it turns into KPI's and coaching, and "How can you be better" even when you are performing very well in the role. Passive aggressive managers and higher level management, KPI's designed to work against each other so you can never really be considered "Perfect" at your job. This leads to micro management and for management to constantly coach you, so as to undermine your ability to do the job and be proud of your contribution. At the end of the day, after a few years, there will be a wave of redundancies, they'll outsource your job to a country with a cheaper job market, (Oh, the shareholders want a better return!) and when customers complain that they aren't speaking to an Aussie on the phones, they'll back-flip, and re-hire staff locally. YUCK.

Your skills, resilience, aptitude, prior experience, nothing at all matters and this place is toxic for one and everyone
The good thingsVibrant and cheerful team mates
The challengesI have seen this place turn from the best place to worst place to work. Immediate managers are not trained to be good leaders so they work with passive aggressive style, targeting staff to make the environment so unbearable that they leave. KPI's goal posts change every week and are absolutely impossible to meet, leading to every week toxic 1 on 1's. Training is so inadequate for the work they expect with changes happening every so often. By the time you get comfortable with one system, they will soon change to something else.

Mismanaged and overworkedManagement has no clear vision, changes are not properly communicted to employees. They stretch you as far as you can go with the phone ringing off with no end so you feel empty at the end of the day. This is not a positive working environment.
