    Great bunch of co-workers working together as a team to make a difference in participant's lives. Very rewarding.
    The good thingsGreat opportunities for career development and progression as the company is growing and expending. Very supportive upper management with in-depth knowledge of DES industry and guidelines. Encouraged to contribute ideas and provide feedback to management.
    The challengesBeing an Employment Services Provider that specialises in mental health disability, it has it's own challenges from time to time however with great team and support from upper management, this is easily managed.

    The good thingsSupportive and hands on Senior Management team. Feel supported and valued as a team member. Great job to help make a difference in the life of someone with a disability.
    The challengesWhen there are challenges arise we all work through these as a team and we get support from the Senior Management Team also.

    The challengesAlthough its a rewarding role, like all employment there are days more challenging than others when dealing with challenging clients. Have to admit it felt so much better to be supported on those days by great people in the team than other places where you battled alone.
