    My experience was great because its related to previous jobs in engineering field. Like design and project management.
    The good thingsMy previous employer know the situation of being a family man. This company also treat their employees equal.
    The challengesDecision making. Everyday I need to communicate with different people, such clients, subcontractors.

    The good thingsMet some good people there.
    The challenges-Getting jobs done safely and correctly with little or no tools or equipment. -Trusting management! -Getting payed correctly, and getting the differences in pay owed to you reimbursed with out hassles.
