Love love what I do! The people are awesome. They nice, kind, humble, show you how to bend, break air in between the pages. Certain way for certain jobs, you have to be willing to learn otherwise waste their time showing you, how to do your job. It's simple! 😊
The good thingsWhen I get work Seeing the/new people Making it a fun, while staying safe and others around Rotating around Team work or independently Working in a multicultural environment, where everyone gets along
The challengesGetting texts late instead of straight after work as I do nightshift, broken sleep.

Worth your investment if you want to learn and grow! so much opportunity to experience and create the future.
The good thingsThere is so much going on that you are always learning something new and being involved in many different aspects of the company. The Team is young and energetic - it's hard work but we have fun and are respected. Recently management have invested in new print presses and are focusing on a number of initiatives to drive business performance. We have good people and everyone is very down to earth!
The challengesIt's tough The industry is tough and there are lots of employees who struggle with change. The organisation is doing a good job of keeping people informed but we are still unsure of what the future will bring.

The good thingsPick how much work you do in regards to the size of areas to deliver. Close to home if your lucky. Easier with helpers
The challengesPreparing it all for delivery, long hours to get it ready by your self, best to muster the troops, makes it easier if you want to do more areas, the delivery itself is the easy bit.

A good daily working environment coupled with ongoing frustration with overall business decisions.
The good thingsGood work life balance and working with great people.
The challengesAn upper management team that was seperated from the realities of the business. There was a lack of understanding that stemmed from inadequate communication between management and team members. Feedback and advise should have been sought from team members on the ground before radical changes were made. The business was not dynamic and took too long to make simple improvements.
