    Dangerous, dirty and hostile place of employment.

    The challengesVery old and unsafe equipment as well as very old management style. Middle management are untrained for the roll ans communicating with them is very difficult.

    One mistake and you're out the door.

    The challengesManagement unorganized and equipment there is useless. They expect you to pick your orders fast with a barely functional tugger and broken RF scanner that doesn't scan.
