I worked there for a year. Never had any issues with the management and I like the organisational culture and office environment.
The good thingsOrganisational culture is great. Management is supportive.
The challengesFor people who prefer working from the office, might be a challenge as normally employees work from home.

Overall, I cannot recommend oz minerals to anyone seeking a professional and fulfilling work experience. The lack of integrity, ambition, and leadership make it an unfavorable choice for any job seeker.
The good thingsThe catering company onsite provided great hospitality services and organized social events
The challengesThe work environment was often toxic, with instances of underdelivering on promises and a lack of accountability for individuals' actions. Additionally, there was little support from management, who failed to foster a positive and supportive culture, leaving employees feeling undervalued.

I stayed for 6 years and was sad to leave.
The good thingsOz Minerals is a good solid growing Company. They have excellent financial management being one of those companies that actually has money in the bank and they have a very nice reward system.
The challengesThe challenges are much the same as any good mining company. There are targets for everything and you have to work hard to achieve them but they aren't unrealistic either.

Excellent experience which I recommend to anyone up to the challenge.
The good thingsExcellent training and professional development. Work environment was great. Work colleagues are all supportive and encouraging. Openness and inclusiveness are key factors I noticed in the relationships.
The challengesWhile the accommodation was as is expected at mine sites, the mattresses are like concrete to sleep on. I took extra foam padding as a mattress topper. Spending 8 days at a time away from family was challenging, But that is much better than other mines where it can be 14 or more days at a time away from home.
