    ITS A FRIENDLY PLACE TO WORK WITH VERY HELPFULL BOSSES.
    The good thingsFLEXIBLE MANAGEMENT CARING MANAGEMENT CONCERNED WITH SAFETY ISSUES AND EVERYONES WELLBEING FRIENDLY OFFICE AND WHAREHOUSE AND FACTORY ENVIRONMENT I ENJOY THE FREEDOM TO WORK OUT MY OWN SCHEDULE AND DO THINGS WITHOUT SUPERVISION AS IM BASICALLY JUST CLEANING INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AREAS AND A BIT OF MAINTAINING THE GARDEN AND MESSY WHAREHOUSE AREAS.
    The challengesFINDING THINGS TO DO WITHOUT BEING TOLD (ALWAYS SOMETHING TO DO) AND CARE AND SAFETY FOR YOURSELF AND OTHERS IS MOSTLY COMMON SENSE AS MOST OTHERS ARE ALREADY FOLLOWING THESE PROCEDURES VERY WELL.
