    No two days are the same which keeps things fun and interesting!
    The good thingsHybrid work - unlike larger corporates; working from home is fairly non-complicated. We work in a great office in a great location - heaps of food and coffee options and solid parking and transport.
    The challengeseCommerce in general is a difficult industry - but the challenge of working in a business that's been around for 17+ years means there's heaps of amazing opportunities to tackle and problems to solve.

    If you're career driven, with no family, then this is a great company to work for. If not, then it is not worth the sacrifices.
    The good thingsI, personally, worked with a great team and can't say enough about them. I found them to be very supportive and helpful. Which was very much needed due to my lack of training. Free parking, bi-weekly in-chair massages, breakfasts, pet friendly. Opportunity for career growth.
    The challengesWorking to deadlines under extreme pressure. Unrealistic expectations from Management / low tolerance to inexperience. Very limited training before being thrown into the role. Sink or swim type mentality.

    Great Benefits, Fun and Viby Enviroment, demanding workload!
    The good thingsDaily fruit, Friday food and drinks, dog friendly office, casual dress code, massage every couple of weeks, fun environment, fast pace and great people to work along side
    The challengesCan be very demanding, work/life balance isn't always the best but the benefit make up for this and hard work is recognized at times.

    The good thingsOzsale was a great company to work for it was fast paced and always changing. I had many great opportunities to develop my skills. The senior management and rest of the team were a pleasure to work with.
