    The challengesRoles tend to be broad in scope due to the nature of their clients. Makes it really interesting for me, but it might not be for everyone.

    The good thingsThere were some nice people and relative autonomy to manage my own work.
    The challenges‘Security Incident’, clunky software, poor senior leadership - ‘get on the bus or off the bus’. Colleagues exhibiting poor behaviours were tolerated by management to the detriment of other employees.

    The good thingsSenior level is clear on the corporate vision and mission. Management cares about employee. Shows enough engagement on what's needed and important to achieve things. Open minds, opinions are appreciated.
