    I love helping people re-integrate and rehabilitate, but it is not what I thought it'll be. The things they do is no where near reintegration back into communities.
    The good thingsThe hours of 8-4 pm is really suitable for many people with families.
    The challengesNo room for professional development. Professionalism is a concern. Job position looks good on paper but very different in reality.
