    I had a great experience working at Pathtech as Marketing Manager. The team is very supportive!
    The good thingsThe leadership team is approachable, and there is a good level of trust given to employees to manage their responsibilities and bring new ideas to the table.
    The challengesLike many growing organisations, there are opportunities to further streamline processes and improve cross-team communication to make project execution even more efficient. Continued investment in marketing resources and tools could also help maximise the impact of marketing initiatives as the company continues to grow. Overall, Pathtech is a great place to work with a supportive team and good opportunities for professional development.

    Great place to work if you want full sales ownership and control the cycle from lead to closed deal.
    The good thingsPathtech has amazing hardworking people who support each other in achieving the company goals every day. They are supportive of flexible working arrangements and ability to work from home. I really enjoyed feeling that my suggestions were taken onboard and went towards developing the company in a positive direction.
    The challengesThe areas for improvement others have expressed in the past have been dealt with by management and a fresh new approach is on the horizon. Due to the size of the company, there are limited resources available to grow quickly, but that does not affect those who are self-motivated.
