    Patrick is an outstanding Australian Company, excellent company to work for
    The good thingsEnjoyed playing a major role in developing and improving world's first technology in Automation/Container handling equipment. Working hard with a fine team of engineers to turn a prototype terminal into a highly successful and efficient world leading container terminal.
    The challengesThe most challenging aspects were related to the multiple takeovers, Toll, Asciano then Qube/Brookfield. With every new leadership group there is always uncertainty and unforeseen obstacles.

    The good thingsThe work environment is friendly, warm and welcoming. Everyone takes the time to greet you and have a chat (if time allows). The work/life balance is great, as LINX supports and cares for their employees by providing the right tools to access to your work (via a virtual desktop platform) as well as caring for one another in time of distress or hardship. Their mentoring program is great, as it nurtures employees to reach for their goals and encourages them to step out of their comfort zone and to tackle issues they normally wouldn't attempt. I wouldn't hesitate in telling anyone else about LINX as this is a great company to work for.
    The challengesChallenges within my job is usually around month end reporting, the tight timeline in completing these reports. Challenges for the company is gaining new business while maintaining the strong relationships with our existing customers
