    The challengesNeeds new management to shake up the company & hopefully in the process the old stale furniture will fall away. For a global company, the systems, processes, procedures, policies & information are very dated & no one is interested in improving.

    Terrible. Very corporate and take no advice. Do not learn from lessons and repeat the same disaster. All revenue focused. Only interested in making a simple process as difficult as possible to manage.
    The good thingsUnfortunately I am unable to think of any good things
    The challengesToo many senior staff managing senior staff. Ignorance of the specialist product offered and not listening to experience. Being asked why something when wrong when you gave advice way before on what to do to manage a project yet was ignored.

    Every day offers a new set of opportunities and challenges as we sell a global product catalog to a very mature and established market place.
    The good thingsExposure to a vast array of product and industry applications and a generally great bunch of people to work with and along side.
    The challengesLittle carer development as limited opportunities in AU as all key roles held overseas- ever changing environment and Australia is not a key market or growth opportunity

    The good thingsInteresting to observe projects, which I used to be involved in, from a suppliers perspective.
    The challengesCompany sold off yet again; Tyco sold \"Flow Control\" to Pentair, Pentair sold the same to Emmerson. It remains to be seen if Emmerson is any better at managing a company and building the business given the end of the mining boom.
