Great place to work, fun culture and great team environment
The good thingsGreat culture, fun working environment, opportunities for promotion/change of roles. Staff passionate about what they do.
The challengesMelbourne facilities not the best and systems could do with an upgrade.

If only the working reality matched the stated vision of the company.
The good thingsThe students, the learning resources and some classrooms
The challengesMiddle management is threatened by any continuous improvement suggestions. Too much Buzzword Bingo and fake collegiality. Everything is done on a spreadsheet rather than pay for appropriate software.

It wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t great.

The challengesPromises made and not delivered, poor direction from HR, management

The good thingsSalary Weekend work, if sought.
The challengesExtremely toxic culture from CEOs to team leaders. Erratic organizational change disguised as 'if you don't adjust it's your fault' Shockingly high staff turn over Do not live their values, only money matters

The management's intentions are great; the realities recently have fallen short.
The good thingsGreat students and atmosphere. Those who do similar work fun to engage with.
The challengesMany redundancies in a short space of time. Junior managers need more guidance from senior managers before being given responsibilities that can affect the lives of others adversely, at short notice.

The challengesSometimes management doesn't recognise our achievements.
