Although they were equipped with fresh technical knowledge, ideas and enthusiasm, graduates were hindered by a lack of workplace skills and experience.

The challengesMiddle management is threatened by any continuous improvement suggestions. Too much Buzzword Bingo and fake collegiality. Everything is done on a spreadsheet rather than pay for appropriate software.
