The most stultifying, energy sapping, brain numbing experience of my life. No options to develop talent or advance as the Career Architecture structure has be drawn up to restrict advancements, particularly in the Technical department.
The good thingsBroad exposure to many areas leading to gaining experience and knowledge.
The challengesNon-existent career development options. Poor supervisor leadership skills. Hire the wrong staff for critical areas such as Manufacturing resulting in regular deviations.

    Awful. Do not risk it.
The good thingsExcept for the top management, the people were quite nice. Casual attire. The commute wasn't too bad either. Not much else.
The challengesThe top management were very unprofessional and micro managed. They were all very stressed and grumpy as they had to work america's hours as well as Australia's.
