It's a good place to have some experience or for retirement not for active people who want to achieve more and more. Sometimes very slow.

    Welcome to the slow lane
The good thingsFriendly culture, free parking.

The good thingsWonderful CEO leads Perth Airport, which drives a great work culture and environment. My role was challenging and interesting, and I learned a great deal in my time there.
The challengesCOVID presented enormous challenges ie Aviation industry across 2020-2021 in particular. I found that personally my position didn't have a lot of room for growth, so I decided to seek other opportunities

    Interesting but can be challenging
The good thingsStaff is friendly, the climate is overall good and there are lots of opportunity for learning
The challengesWork-life balance has been deteriorating in the past years. Very few opportunities for development. Senior managers are in their roles for more than 10 years and never move, also never making room for staff under them. Company strategy disconnected from global reality.
