    The challengesThis company is completely unprofessional in every aspect. They stuff up the rosters and pay nearly every week. Will ignore your holiday requests and guilt trip you to work when a doctor has booked you off sick

    The good thingsBeing part of the company is like joining a family and everyone is supportive of each other and has a great time together. It has a great culture - coming to work is fun and there are always something for everyone

    Being with PSS is a great and wonderful experience for me to know more with regards to operations and how to handle people in different situations.
    The good thingsOne of the good things to be with Perth security services is that the owners of the company are the one who handles mostly everything and is very well oriented and is approachable to any circumstances. Also having a wonderful team make working here better.
    The challengesFamiliarization of the operations and the tools being used. Also knowing the flow of the operations and who are the persons involved.

    To be part of a globally diversified team with co-workers who nevertheless treat you as a family is indeed outstanding.
    The good thingsBeing a part of this company helps boost my confidence by the assurance that I am getting from the Management that I am being trusted in the things that I do. At the same time, the transparency that we are getting from everybody especially with the management makes me feel at ease and confident that we are being looked after.
    The challengesOne of the most challenging things so far is the fast-paced training. However, by this, it will make us measure our capabilities and skills.
