Stressful for no good reasonThe good thingsThe only good thing about working at Peter Pal is that it is an in-between job, as in, it's good to work while you are looking for another job
The challengesNo progression unless you stay there for more than a couple years. Terrible building with no air con and minimal cleaning. Pay is the minimum wage. No work/life balance- medical certificate for every day/hour sick leave, sick/recreation leave two weeks in advance. The work can be way too small or way too much work, all to be completed in a small amount of time with the addition of computer systems being incomplete, completely unresponsive or broken. The employees were mixed in forms of approachability, some of them are mean-spirited which makes the work the more difficult if you need assistance with anything.
