    With over 20 year in the jewellery trade in 3 different countries this is hands down the WORST place I have worked!!! If you take a job with them you are lucky if you can last more than a year. Toxic AF!
    The good thingsYou got free coffee once a month when we had to do stock take. You did get a staff discount and there are a very small handful of nice people there.
    The challengesThe micro managing and clicks amongst staff. Very poor management.

    I came from knowing nothing about jewellery and can now say I know so much about it! I loved my experience and will miss the place very much.
    The good thingsGreat customers to deal with and most importantly an amazing group of people to work with.
    The challengesWorkload can be abit much however you do need a good work ethic and express your concerns to management so they can help you.

    The good thingsA very close knit group of highly experienced managers who know the trade and have good working relationships with everyone in the company. Since the beginning of 2022 the company has had some major management turnover to the next generation of Becks. With a younger management team, the pace is faster, exciting and more dynamic. Managers and long-time staff are reliable and put in their best efforts at all time, they know their products and are passionate about everything they make and do.
    The challengesThe delicate balance of supply and demand, as for any manufacturing companies you can forecast as best as you could however economics and unpredictable surges will always be a challenge. The work requires the correct job-fit and the can-do attitude. The learning curve is steep and is suitable for applicants who like to be challenged. The work is fast paced and very dynamic which may be a challenge for those who seek repetitiveness and an idle work load.

    The good thingsthis is a business that rewards people who give it a go. Its a small tight team, everyone works hard but the results are in the product we make. Its all Australian and we have people from everywhere all working together
    The challengesIts hard when it gets busy and can be stressful meeting targets but everyone knows its going to happen at certain times of the year. If you dont seek to learn its hard to be noticed for other opportunities.
