Good job for gaining experience and learning industry. Bad job if you’re looking for full time work.The good thingsThe Animals, some of the customers, some of the people I met at different stores and the job security (Job security was personal to me and may not be the same to others).
The challengesLearning more things in the job was almost impossible since management kept ignoring my attempts to enhance my knowledge, keeping managers in the salons seemed to be a challenge, witnessing a toxic work environment (some other salons had very bad management-worker relationships and just coworkers all together), getting any help from upper management (anything above store manager) was almost impossible, even with a direct message asking for assistance I was ignored.
