Good job for gaining experience and learning industry. Bad job if you’re looking for full time work.
The good thingsThe Animals, some of the customers, some of the people I met at different stores and the job security (Job security was personal to me and may not be the same to others).
The challengesLearning more things in the job was almost impossible since management kept ignoring my attempts to enhance my knowledge, keeping managers in the salons seemed to be a challenge, witnessing a toxic work environment (some other salons had very bad management-worker relationships and just coworkers all together), getting any help from upper management (anything above store manager) was almost impossible, even with a direct message asking for assistance I was ignored.

A positive and growth-oriented workplace that encourages collaboration but could improve internal communication.
The good thingsThe company fosters a collaborative environment with supportive team members and leadership. There are ample opportunities for professional development and growth, along with a strong emphasis on work-life balance.
The challengesSometimes communication between departments can be inconsistent, which may lead to delays in project completion. Additionally, certain processes could be more streamlined to improve efficiency.

Shameful. I was tired stressed run down and no regard taken to help or boost the store in any way. Upper management pushed back on the wrong things and drove down the culture
The good thingsSome of the team were great
The challengesUpper management and the fact that Woolworths now own them cast doubt on any improvement.

    Worst company to work for!
The good thingsThe dogs that come in. staff discount.
The challengesUpper management don't care. No real care for Health and Safety in the grooming department. Unrealistic expectation. Over promise and underdeliver. Alot of negative gossip between staff.
