Management not giving a stuff about you as a person. Not offering any flexibility (to a casual) even when family matters arise. Including a hostile phone call from the DC manager after I told a supervisor of my unavailability (as a casual)
Misleading job title, unnecessarily long application process to just get to the first shift. Quickly realising the job role won't be the same as the job title.
Lasted 3 weeks, lucky to make that. Lots of workers want out.
