Management turn a blind eye on the issues they are aware of , easy to ignore rather than deal with the issues.
Workload is ridiculous - timeframes and expectations are unrealistic and often weekend work to get the tasks completed .
When management want something done , they want it asap, lack of respect for team members getting the work completed with travel commitments.
Exit interviews are a waste of time , when no action is taken to sort out the issues or rectify the problems that have occurred.
When a staff member leaves there is no trying into talking them into staying , ( I've seen some amazing team members leave who should of stayed) , but unfortunately for some management they would need to swallow there pride for this to happen.
I've seen many things occur , I've spoken up and nothing has been actioned, this goes against my morales, beliefs and values, and im a believer in what goes around comes around.
