    The challengesIt appears that no matter how great you are at your job, you will not be rewarded for your efforts. You may as well plod along and earn the same as those doing less.

    The good thingsI am very happy to work for this company. The pay is above ward for pharmacists, lots of support, and flexibility. The staff are awesome in the stores I have worked in.
