    The good thingsThe culture is built on strong ethics and diversity, creating something truly unique and meaningful. People genuinely care about their colleagues, and teamwork is valued. It’s inspiring to see how the company continues to adapt and thrive despite its size.
    The challengesThe layered structure across departments can feel confusing at first, as it is designed to filter out the "white noise". But once you learn the system/structure, the benefts and clarity it provides become clear.

    The good thingsFor me, working at PICA Group is all about growth in my role, flexibility in work hours and conditions, friendly and collaborative team members and plenty of challenges to solve. The internal culture is positive and leadership is transparent about what we are trying to achieve.
    The challengesAs we are the largest organization of our type in the country, sometimes working cross functionally highlights departmental silos which are frustrating to navigate. The culture at the company is changing and this is no longer as much of an issue as it has been in the past. Although there are a lot of perks available, not many actually suit me. I only use the birthday leave and flexible work options.

    Working at Pica Group so far has been a fulfilling experience where I feel supported, challenged, and genuinely valued as part of a team that strives for excellence.
    The good thingsSupportive team culture, Professional development opportunities, a leadership team that is approachable and listens to feedback, no micromanagement, monthly catch-up meetings with team leader to see where assistance may be required. Overall a great place to work.
    The challengesThere is nothing I dont like. If there is a challenge the team leader and branch manager help to work through it.

    Supportive and friendly work environment.
    The good thingsThe culture across the company, but particularly within the branch is fantastic. I wouldn't have stuck around for 10+ years if the company values were not as strong and supportive as they are. You are not micromanaged and have a fair amount of flexibility (more than I have had in any other job). There are many areas to work in within the business and plenty of opportunities to grow.
    The challengesEvery job has its difficulties but working for the industry leader, there is always support when you need it.

    The good thingsThe clients were what made it bearable
    The challengesToxic environment, which was a shame because the job itself was good, except the workload was absolutely insanely too much with little support. The higher ups don’t care as long as the branch is making budget.

    The challengesManagement seems to go mor on marketing skill rather than technical experience. If you are a good talker, you are in but if you question their mistakes, they will throw you underneath a bus.

    An absolute gamechanger, personally and professionally.
    The good things I have had opportunities to learn and grow and progressed from from an admin role to a management role quickly. I have seen firsthand that while the work isn't always easy, for those who are dedicated and work hard there are so many paths to develop professionally and take on new things. I find the company (and my direct manager) are incredibly supportive of working while having a family, and in fact I am going to have another maternity leave soon. The experience could not be more different than the last company I worked for, with a genuine support around the flexibility that my family needs and I am only more passionate about doing my job well because of it. I love that I work with some really lovely people, and am part of a dedicated and passionate team.
    The challengesThe company has been going through a transition - both with technology and with culture. This is great to be a part of, but comes with a fair amount of challenges as we try new things and have to get out of our confort zones sometimes. Workload can be varied as we try to implement new platforms and work with new tools - some of them have been better than others.
