    The good thingsThere is a genuine feeling of family at Pindan with a focus to supporting employees with maintaining a work life balance. I feel a sense of suppport within my team, from both senior managment and support staff. I thoroughly enjoy the dynamic working environment and look forward to attending each day.
    The challengesGenerally speaking most of the parts of my role i find highly enjoyable however the one thing I find a constant challenge is the periods were there is a lull in the workload.

    The good thingsFabulous people to work with. It's a fun environment full of like minded, can-do people. Work life balance is excellent and a very flexible work environment. Ability to work autonomously on projects taking full responsibility for project progress & controls.
    The challengesWhilst there are ample senior roles available, there are limited management roles within the company.

    Great Overall Experience!
    The good thingsWe are treated as professionals and given a degree of autonomy to perform in our roles without disturbance. Management including the exec team is always available with an open door policy if and when required. Great people with a fantastic social presence.
    The challengesDownturn in the WA construction/ property industry means that our teams need to work smarter and harder to achieve the results.
