    The challengesImplementing proper food safety procedures as \"company policy\" went against Australian Food safety standards and guidelines. Owners were not open to any change or development to improving experience or procedures.

    Great peers.
    The good thingsIt was a wonderful, friendly environment that always made you feel comfortable an happy to come to work. The hours were a reasonable length, not overpowering in length.
    The challengesThe management was fairly ruthless. My store manager was amazing and always stood up for his workers, unfortunately when power shifted the store owner was fairly ruthless when it came to their employees. Many hours were cut and I personally haven't had a rostered shift in over 4 months (though still technically employed by them as I was not fired nor have I quit). So yes, very unfortunate that the management sucks, because otherwise the environment was amazing.
