    Good people, good coworkers. Company vehicles seem to be dumping grounds for other staff.
    The good thingsSense of purpose, you really get a feeling like you are seen as more then just a number on a spreadsheet. I genuinely feel like I'm valued for more then just driving Pizza to customers. The customers are all really understanding of any delays (of which there can often be many), though some aren't interested in small talk and just want you to give them their food and go away, which I understand fully.
    The challengesCleanliness of work vehicles is a major downside. Our store has 3 vehicles, and all 3 of them are filthy inside and out. I refuse to drive one because my delivery driver coworkers use it as a dumping ground for their own personal rubbish. If you're in a Delivery Driver position with Pizza Hut, i highly recommend using a personal vehicle.

    Easy work, difficult people skills.
    The good thingsIt was good hours accessible around other jobs and school, the work wasn't hard and overall we had very few bad customer expierances.
    The challengesOften the team management was lacking, with poor rostering and a very out-of-date system the store ran on. The work ethic and vibe wasn't good, no one felt like they wanted to be there and often took it out on others.

    Don't be a minimum-wage dishwasher
    The good thingsIt was a good learning experience for me, getting into the routine of working a part time job as a teenager during school.
    The challengesBeing a 6'2 dishwasher was awful, my jeans were soaked from the water yet stiff due to the oil at the end of every shift. The pay was terrible and they didn't want us to talk about it.

    I like coming to work and knowing what to do, the pay could be a bit better.
    The good thingsPizza Hut is a great place to work, I've learnt many life skills working here. Once familiar with the job, you can auto-pilot through every shift.
    The challengesSometimes customers are super rude and aggressive, and team members can be difficult to work with sometimes. The pay isn't the best either.

    Overall it’s a fair place to work but only if you have a fair store owner that is willing to be flexible.

    The challengesOpen 7 days 365 days a year means you always have to be open and you miss out on family time when other businesses close on public holidays , Christmas etc
