    The challengesSupport at home changes can bring more challenges to the role, however we are navigating these changes together with an empathetic approach, and all management at PlanCare are supportive of employee wellbeing.

    The good thingsGreat culture where we can provide a vital service, while still being able to have fun in the office (even with the sector having been through a massive change). Knowing I'm delivering a vital service to my clients.

    No one get left behind is what they say…toxic environment.
    The good thingsMassive business growth and the honor of meeting and serving so many lovely individuals. It’s their stories I will remember.
    The challengesToo many clients onboarded in 5 months with no team support and no clarity over invoices and approvals. Micro management for basic admin when triage called for case management. I onboarded 150 clients, they all have a 30 minute slot for a check in monthly. 20 workdays in a month. 7 hours of check ins, no time for admin or continuous improvement. No time for calls and discouraged to call. Over handling basic requests and approvals. Case management structure poor
