Awful. Avoid like the plague

The good thingsNot much. Some people there are nice

The challengesComplete idiots in charge who have no idea what they’re doing. My manager had zero clue how to manage people or do her own job it was embarrassing. Claims to be flexible yet there was zero flexibility. Genuinely the worst place I’ve ever worked. Couldn’t get out fast enough

Couldn't have asked for a better company to work for, especially with the team that I'm in now.

The good things- People - Diversity and Culture - Fun Activities / Social Outings - Being recognised for the work we do in the company from the board level and below.

The challenges- Fast paced, but it isn't necessarily a challenge when management is always there to support you and lift you up when you need it.
