    There are some great people at Pilbara and some less great. At times if felt like a very junior company with a large ammount of money and no consistent process.
    The good thingsThe pay, rooms, camp location are all good
    The challengesNo regard for health regarding silica; many competing opinions (egos) and some percieved conflicts of interest.
