    Great people with great culture!
    The good thingsA combination of relaxed yet professional nature. It still has a family company feel, even as it grows bigger. Plenty of good people and they aren't afraid to promote from within.
    The challengesA growing builder due to the COVID boom. However has turned the corner.

    The challengesthe company is 100 years behind the times. terrible management as most employees have been there their whole working lives. they are extremely outdated and will never change.

    The good thingsThe product, the admin and pricing makes it a product you can feel confident to support, it is an encouraging positive work environent
    The challengesIn the time I have been there the marketing has been week, a new campeign is now, so hopefully it gives a better result but brand recognition has not helped sales
